National and Local Architects, Builders and Developers are provided with a service that provides insight into a projects likely flood risk at the pre-app stage to enable good assessments of the approval probability to be determined and the costings related to mitigation works. This in-turn is utilised as and when the full flood risk assessment is required in support of the planning application. Also advice can be given on retro fitting of flood proofing and resilience measures and the resultant applications for Grant in Aid towards cost where available.
