Engineering Support Practise Ltd (ESP Ltd) was established in 2002 by Ben Hornigold, previously Chief Engineer to Kings Lynn Consortium of Internal Drainage Boards. Here he managing 100,000 Hectares with 3,500 Km of watercourse drainage systems and 43 pump stations since 1986.

Ben was responsible for the design and management of major capital projects for the Consortium and the management of external consulting engineers.

He was Principal Engineer within the company since 2002 with experience within all fields of the aforementioned operations. Ben is now Consultant and Advisor to Statutory Authorities.
